1. Scope of policy application
    The children’s clothing we sell (including but not limited to tops, trousers, accessories, etc.) are all Final Sale items and returns, exchanges or refunds are not supported.
    Exceptional circumstances: If the goods are damaged or have quality issues (such as serious defects, significant discrepancies between dimensions and descriptions) during transportation, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the goods and provide evidence (photos/videos), and we will handle the matter as appropriate.
  2. Situations where returns are not applicable
    The following circumstances will result in the failure to accept return and exchange requests:
    Due to the customer’s subjective reasons (such as disliking the style, color, wrong size selection, etc.);
    The product has been unlabeled, washed or worn.
    The feedback period exceeds 48 hours.
  3. Problem product handling process
    If you receive damaged or defective goods, please follow the steps below
    Contact customer service: Send an email to anyth@kidsclothsw.com with the subject line “quality issue application + order number”;
    Provide evidence: Attach clear photos or videos of the problem part of the product, as well as the order information;
    Awaiting review: We will reply with the handling plan within 3 working days (which may include partial compensation or exchange).

    The color of the product may have a slight difference due to the display, which does not constitute a quality issue.
    Please refer to the size table on the detail page for careful selection. We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect size selection.
    Promotional items and clearance items are also subject to this policy.
